During an in-person forest bathing experience, you will be guided through a series of invitations to connect your senses to the natural world around you. I will be reaching out within 24-48 hours with additional information regarding the experience and to confirm date, time, and location with you. Please let me know if you will be participating solo or with other participants.

You must complete the liability waiver prior to attending the experience. The waiver will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours after booking.
